Der Geschäftsbericht für das Jahr 2012 scheint ja auch fertig zu sein !

Ganz interessant ist ja folgender Absatz :

The sale of the M/S SuperSpeed1

Color Line Transport AS, a subsidiary of Color Line AS, concluded a sale
agreement on M/S SuperSpeed1 with Kristiansand Line AS, a subsidiary of
O.N. Sunde AS. The sales price was NOK 1 050 million and a book profit NOK
17 million was recorded.
Color Line Transport AS further concluded a 12-year lease agreement
of M/S SuperSpeed1 with Kristiansand Line AS, a subsidiary company of
O.N. Sunde AS.
Color Line AS acquired in 2012 approximately 39 percent of the shares
in ONS Ship Finance AS. The sales price was NOK 390 million. ONS Ship
Finance AS own Kristiansand Line AS and Oslo Line AS, which owns M/S
SuperSpeed1 and M/S SuperSpeed2.
